Refunds Policy – Implexus Gym
Memberships
All gym memberships purchased through Implexus Gym are non-refundable.
By signing up for a membership, you agree to the terms of access for the selected duration (e.g., monthly, annual, or promotional plans). This includes situations such as:
- Change of mind
- Non usage
-Injury
- Schedule conflicts
- Relocation or personal circumstances
We recommend reviewing all membership details carefully before completing your purchase.
Competition Entries
Competition entry fees are refundable only if the request is made at least 2 months (60 days) before the competition date.
Refund eligibility:
- ✅ Full refund if cancellation is requested 60+ days before the event
- ❌ No refunds within 2 months of the competition date
This policy allows us to effectively plan, organise, and allocate resources for each event.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a competition entry, please contact us with the following details:
- Full name
- Competition name
- Date of entry
- Proof of purchase
Refund requests must be submitted through our official contact channels.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued via the original payment method.
